Designed to reinforce the identity of elders and eliminate institutional signposts, The Villas at Centennial Hills is equipped with amenities present in a real home.

Inside each home are 12 private bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. The living area is spacious with a fireplace. There is an open kitchen, where all meals are prepared and served at a communal dining table. Dedicated public, private, and support spaces that are small and easily navigable are also present to encourage the sharing of lives and foster community engagement.
