A lot of artificial sweeteners disrupt the microbiome, raise insulin and inflame the gut lining. Stay far away from chemical artificial sweeteners and stick as closely as you can to Stevia, Allulose and Monk Fruit. They are plant based, don’t spike insulin, and don’t disrupt the gut bacteria.
