It's that time of year again! ☀️ With the clocks turning forward, we want to remind everyone that Daylight Saving Time has begun. ⏱️🔛

While that extra bit of daylight is nice, the shift can be challenging, especially for our seniors living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. 💜

A sudden disruption in their daily routine can increase feelings of confusion, restlessness, or 'Sundowning' behaviors. When the normal patterns change, it can make navigating the day much harder.
