Join us as we reignite our inner child, reconnect with Mother Earth, and open our hearts with a special movie night, featuring the classic Disney rendition of Pocahontas.

Bring a journal or a notebook, we will provide some journaling prompts for you to explore.

The movie will be followed by a short sound bath meditation, so feel free to bring a blanket, a pillow, or anything else you need to be comfortable during the movie and the meditation.

Also please bring your favorite N/A drinks, we will provide the popcorn and snacks!

Ashley always has fun transitions and a unique flow planned for her classes, so if you’ve never been to one of her classes this a great opportunity to check her out!
