Michelle Lynray Dubh is a certified Advanced Structural Integration Practitioner of the Ida P. Rolf Method of Structural Integration and has been practicing since 1996. The 10-session series unwinds injuries and holding patterns in the body. Much like layers of an onion being opened from the outside to the inside, this work opens and aligns the connective tissues throughout the body to give flexibility, ease, and movement in form.

Michelle was certified as a Moon Mother by Miranda Gray while in Mexico in early 2018. She first received a Womb Blessing while in Ireland in 2017. It was a life enhancing experience so she welcomed the opportunity to share the gift it offered her with other women. Through the Blessings, she has grown a stronger relationship with the Maiden, Mother, Enchantress and Wise Woman or Crone Archetypes. As women cycle through and get to know these aspects each month, more harmony and balance can be felt throughout daily living.
