Day 28: The Crown Chakra and the last of the 7 major energy centers in the body.

The Crown Chakra is your connection to higher consciousness, divine wisdom, universal love, and the feeling that you are guided and supported by something bigger than you. It’s located at the top of the head(the crown) & the color is lavender and/or white. When this chakra is balanced, you feel peaceful, open, trusting, and spiritually aligned—like you’re being carried by life instead of fighting it. When it’s blocked, you may feel disconnected, cynical, lost, overly attached to control, or spiritually “empty.”

✨ 5 Tips to Support Your Crown Chakra
1. Sit in silence daily — even 3–5 minutes of quiet is medicine for this chakra.
2. Meditate with a mantra like “Om” or simply practicing breath awareness.
3. Spend time in nature (especially looking at the sky 🌤️). It naturally expands awareness.
4. Practice surrender — release the need to control outcomes and choose trust.
5. Limit overstimulation (constant noise, scrolling, multitasking) so you can hear your inner guidance.

🌙 Affirmation

“I am connected to divine wisdom. I trust life and I am guided.”

💭 Ask Yourself

“Where can I release control and allow myself to be guided?”

Day 27: Ajna: The Third Eye Chakra

Your Third Eye Chakra is the energy center of intuition, insight, imagination, and spiritual awareness. It’s located in the center of the eyebrows & the color is a deep indigo blue. It helps you trust what you feel even when you can’t logically explain it. When your third eye is open and balanced, you’re able to see the bigger picture, recognize patterns, and feel guided by your inner wisdom. When it’s blocked or overactive, you might feel confused, disconnected from your intuition, overthinking, or emotionally foggy.

5 Tips to Support Your Third Eye Chakra
1. Quiet the noise: Spend 5–10 minutes in silence each day (no phone, no music).
2. Practice intuition checks: When making choices, ask “What feels light?” vs. “What feels heavy?”
3. Meditate with indigo light: Visualize a soft indigo glow between your eyebrows expanding outward.
4. Journal your dreams & signs: Write down dreams, synchronicities, gut feelings—your intuition speaks in symbols.
5. Reduce mental clutter: Less scrolling, less multitasking = more clarity and inner vision.

Affirmation

✨ “I trust my intuition. My inner wisdom guides me clearly and confidently.”

Ask Yourself

💭 “What is my intuition trying to tell me that my mind is overcomplicating?”

Day 26: The Throat Chakra

The Throat Chakra is the energy center of communication, truth, self-expression, and authenticity; located in the center of the throat with the color of the clear blue sky. It’s where your inner world meets the outer world—through your voice, your words, your boundaries, and even your creativity. When Vishuddha is balanced, you feel confident expressing yourself, you speak clearly, and you stop shrinking your truth to keep others comfortable. When it’s blocked, you may fear being judged, avoid confrontation, over-explain, people-please, or feel like your voice doesn’t matter. Healing the throat chakra is learning to trust that your truth is safe—and that your voice is meant to be heard.

🗣️ 5 Tips to Balance the Throat Chakra
1. Speak one truth out loud daily (even if it’s just to yourself): “This is what I want.”
2. Journal before you talk: write it first so your words feel clearer and calmer.
3. Sing, hum, or chant (yes it counts!): vibration = throat chakra medicine.
4. Set honest boundaries: practice simple phrases like “That doesn’t work for me.”
5. Hydrate + warm soothing teas: lemon water, honey, ginger, peppermint, throat coat tea.

💙 Affirmation

“I speak my truth with love. My voice matters. I express myself with confidence and ease.”

🧘‍♀️ Ask Yourself

“What have I been holding back… because I’m afraid of how it will be received?”

Day 25: The Heart Chakra

The Heart Chakra is the energy center of love, compassion, forgiveness, and connection—with yourself and with others. It’s coated in the heart center and the color is a beautiful Emerald Green. It bridges the lower chakras (survival + identity) with the upper chakras (intuition + spirituality), making it the sacred meeting place between human experience and soul truth. When Anahata is balanced, you feel open, emotionally safe, supported, loving, and at peace. When it’s blocked, you may feel guarded, disconnected, overly critical, resentful, or afraid to be vulnerable. Healing the heart chakra is remembering that love is not something you chase—it’s something you are.

🌿 5 Tips to Balance the Heart Chakra
1. Practice forgiveness (not to excuse—just to release): write it, speak it, burn it.
2. Give love inward first: self-care, gentleness, affirmations, rest without guilt.
3. Breathe into your heart space: slow deep breaths with your hand on your chest.
4. Spend time in nature: especially green spaces—trees, gardens, hiking trails.
5. Choose heart-opening movement: camel pose, bridge pose, cobra, chest stretches.

⸝

💚 Affirmation

“My heart is open. I give and receive love with ease. I am safe to love and be loved.”

⸝

🧘‍♀️ Ask Yourself

“What am I still holding onto that my heart is ready to release?”

Day24: The Solar Plexus

Your Solar Plexus Chakra is the energetic home of your confidence, motivation, self-worth, and personal power. Located in the center of your abdomen with the bright color YELLOW, it’s the inner fire that helps you take action, set boundaries, and trust your ability to handle life. When Manipura is balanced, you feel clear, strong, and sure of yourself—like you can move forward without needing permission or validation. When it’s blocked, you might feel stuck, overwhelmed, indecisive, or tempted to shrink yourself. Healing this chakra is a return to your truth: you are capable, you are worthy, and your voice matters.

⸝

🔥 5 Tips to Balance the Solar Plexus Chakra
1. Do one brave thing daily (even tiny): send the text, post the video, speak up.
2. Move your body with intention: core work, power yoga, sun salutations, twisting poses.
3. Practice healthy boundaries: replace “I should” with “I choose.”
4. Wear or surround yourself with yellow: clothing, candles, flowers, crystals.
5. Fuel your fire: warm nourishing foods (ginger tea, turmeric, lemon, cooked veggies).

⸝

💛 Affirmation

“I trust myself. I honor my worth. I take bold action with confidence and ease.”

⸝

🧘‍♀️ Ask Yourself

“Where am I giving my power away… and what would it look like to fully choose myself?”

⸝

Day 23: Sacral Chakra 🧡
The Sacral Chakra is your center of emotion, pleasure, sensuality, creativity, and flow. It’s the color Orange and located just below your navel. It governs how you experience joy, how you connect to your desires, and how freely you allow yourself to feel. When this chakra is balanced, you feel playful, inspired, emotionally open, and creatively alive. When it’s blocked, you may feel numb, guilty, disconnected from pleasure, stuck creatively, or overwhelmed by emotions. The Sacral Chakra reminds you: your feelings are sacred—and you’re allowed to enjoy being human.

🧡 Affirmation

“I honor my emotions and I allow myself to feel, create, and receive pleasure with ease.”

🧡 Ask Yourself

“Where in my life am I resisting joy, and what would it look like to let myself flow instead?”

Sacral Chakra 🧡 5 Tips
1. Move your hips (dance, hip circles, pelvic tilts) for 2–5 minutes — unlocks “stuck” energy fast.
2. Do something playful today (paint, music, flirting with life, laughing on purpose).
3. Hydrate + add orange foods (oranges, mango, sweet potato, carrots).
4. Water cleanse: shower/bath or even hands in warm water while setting an intention: “I release what I’ve been holding.”
5. Creativity without outcome — create something just for fun, not to post or perfect.

Do you have a ritual that you need to do because it’s so good for you? And it’s so hard to do it? It’s hard for me sometimes because my mind can be all over the place. Here’s a little snippet into my morning some days. Some days are better because I keep showing up for myself. All we have to do is, let go, set the intention & find gratitude, and everything will work out perfectly!!

01/23/2026

Our wellness journey is always about progress over perfection. I like the 80/20 rule. Be healthy but have a little leeway so we don’t get stuck in the extremes. Balance is everything!

What do you like when you need to mess up your perfect routine? I’m always catching myself saying “I just wanna have fun!” Fun is good but I try to be mindful about how I’m going to feel afterwards. I would rather feel good than have to work extra hard to get back on track. It’s a journey!

Day 22: The Chakra System & The Root Chakra

I hope you’ve been learning all about you and the different ways we connect to ourselves, our thoughts, emotions, god, others & the spiritual realms. It’s a fascinating thing when we combine all these aspects together to build who we want to be in life. But we aren’t done yet!

Today is all about The Chakra System & The Root Chakra.

The chakra system is an ancient energetic map of the body that reflects how we experience life physically, emotionally, and spiritually. The Root Chakra—located at the base of the spine—is the foundation of the entire system. It governs safety, stability, trust, and our basic needs. When the Root Chakra is balanced, we feel grounded, supported, and secure in who we are and where we’re going. When it’s out of balance, fear, anxiety, and disconnection can arise. Healing begins by reconnecting to the earth, the body, and the present moment.

⸝

🌿 5 Tips to Balance the Root Chakra
1. Ground your body – Walk barefoot on grass, sand, or soil when possible.
2. Create routine – Consistent sleep, meals, and movement signal safety to the nervous system.
3. Move with intention – Practice grounding yoga poses like Mountain, Warrior, or Squat.
4. Nourish with root foods – Think beets, sweet potatoes, carrots, potatoes, and warming soups.
5. Connect to stability – Declutter your space, manage finances mindfully, and honor rest.

⸝

🤍 Ask Yourself

Where in my life do I feel safe and supported—and where am I being asked to create more stability for myself?

⸝

✨ Affirmation

“I am safe, grounded, and supported. Life meets me with exactly what I need.
