HOW THE F**K AM I SUPPOSED TO FIND TIME TO PICK UP A BOOK
I don't know how you're feeling about reading but sometimes I find myself drowning in content: with every streaming service at my fingertips, podcasts, the endless news cycle, and new movies going straight to my TV. I often times wonder how the hell am I supposed to find more time to read. And if you're feeling the same way I have some baffling insight to share with you.
I did a little bit of research and discovered I'm not the only one with this dilemma. You may even be nodding along with me as you read. Here's what I've learned: reading for just 30 minutes a day can be a serious game changer. Like enormous.
Take for example that you only get around to reading one book a year for pleasure. Put me into that example, assuming I die in my 90s, means I've only got around 60 or so books I'll get around to reading in my lifetime. Not ideal. But reading that 30 minutes a day could take my 60 books to over 1000. Yep 1000 books.
So if you're like me and want to read 1000 books in your lifetime, you can friend. In fact for just thirty minutes a day you too can be "that" reader.
