Meet Stella! 💖 She was born at just 32 weeks, weighing 3 lbs 4 oz, and was diagnosed with Tetralogy of Fallot with an absent pulmonary valve, along with polysplenia. After spending 110 days in the NICU and CVICU, she underwent two open-heart surgeries—her first at 2.5 months old, and a full repair in January 2025. Now 19 months, Stella is full of life, love, and strength beyond measure. ❤️

Why Knowing About Tetralogy of Fallot Matters ❤️

Tetralogy of Fallot is one of the more complex congenital heart conditions seen in children. It involves four structural problems that change how blood flows through the heart—leading to low oxygen levels and visible cyanosis in some infants.

While surgery is often successful, TOF can come with long-term health needs—both physical and emotional. That’s where a palliative care team can make a difference. We walk alongside families, helping manage symptoms, support decision-making, and improve quality of life—before and after surgery.

Every heart story is unique. We’re here to help families navigate it with compassion and hope. 💙
