As our recent season of outreach and giving comes to a close, we can’t help but reflect on how much this community has come together. From Halloween smiles to Thanksgiving meals, Radical Elevation has been able to serve, connect, and grow alongside you all. 💙

This year, we want to first thank Casa de Luz for sponsoring Radical Elevation’s Thanksgiving Meal Drive. Through their generous resources and partnership, we were able to provide 20 full meal boxes to families in need across the city. Casa de Luz is a Las Vegas–based community organization dedicated to supporting underserved families through food programs, resource assistance, and education initiatives, and we couldn’t have had such success without them. Their partnership has been incredible, and we encourage everyone to learn more about their impact and the work they do year-round.

Alongside that, our team has been hard at work out in the community, attending Trunk or Treats, resource fairs, and outreach events to spread awareness about mental health and connect families with supportive services. Every event helps us move one step closer to breaking down stigmas and building a stronger Las Vegas community.

As we close out 2025, we just want to say thank you to everyone who’s supported, shared, donated, or simply believed in what we do. With the next holiday season right around the corner, Radical Elevation isn’t slowing down anytime soon. Stay tuned for what’s next! More giving, more outreach, and more impact.

🎉 Back-to-School Drive Success! 🎉

This year, Radical Elevation was proud to continue our Back-to-School Backpack Drive. Making sure families and students in Las Vegas had the essentials they need to start the year strong.

Thanks to the support of our community, partners, and team, we packed and delivered backpacks filled with supplies, hygiene items, and more to students who needed them most. A special shoutout to our amazing clinicians who helped hand out backpacks and spread smiles along the way.

Together, we’re building confidence, resilience, and brighter beginnings for every student!

Radical Elevation was proud to host a 16-hour Medicaid Training Certification led by Miguel Corzo at our clinic. This training prepares individuals to deliver Basic Skills Training (BST) and Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services across Nevada.

We’re proud to have joined the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority for this year’s Program Coordinating Committee Resource Refresh meeting. Thank you to SNRHA for the invitation, to Angela Cervantes for representing Radical Elevation, and to all the agencies and individuals in attendance. Every connection made and service shared brings us one step closer to building a stronger, more supported Nevada.

It’s nearing that time again and Radical Elevation is hosting our 2025 Back-to-School Drive, and we’re calling on our community to help us reach our goal of at least 50 fully stocked backpacks for Las Vegas students in need.

From July 21-25, we’re accepting new school supplies, hygiene products, clothing, shoes, and learning materials at our office. These items will go directly to children identified by our clinicians and school partners as most in need.

Can’t stop by in person? No problem, you can donate funds directly through our website. Every $25 helps us pack one full backpack!

Miguel was honored to take part in the 2025 Men's Health & Wellness Conference hosted by the City of Las Vegas and Health Wellness Integrated Care. With a focus on Generational Health, the event encouraged honest dialogue around physical, mental, and emotional wellness across all stages of life.

A huge thank you to the organizers for creating space for these conversations, and for giving our very own Miguel Corzo the chance to share Radical Elevation’s voice in such an important room.

Communication isn’t just about being heard, it’s about finding clarity, building connection, and protecting your mental peace.

The more we learn to express ourselves clearly and kindly, the less space we leave for confusion, resentment, and burnout. You don’t have to keep everything inside to keep the peace. Sometimes, peace comes after you speak up.

Burnout isn’t just about being tired, it’s about being drained in ways sleep alone can't fix. Sometimes what we call “rest” is just crashing from exhaustion, not actually rebuilding ourselves.

Real rest is intentional. It’s paying attention to what kind of energy you’ve been running low on and choosing ways to restore it on purpose. Every kind of tired needs a different kind of healing. And learning to tell the difference is part of taking care of yourself in a real, lasting way.

At Radical Elevation, we believe healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're at the start of your journey or somewhere in the messy middle, support is always within reach.

Being sensitive isn’t a flaw, but staying in a constant state of overload can keep you from feeling safe and present. Supporting your system helps you respond, not just react.

Your responses make sense. And with a little support, you can learn how to listen to your emotions, not feel buried by them.
