Office operations M-F, additional group home work available on Saturday's if interested. I am the Clinical Director and this is a Type 20 medical/behavioral health office, not my provate practice. You will see both FFS Medicaid and Anthem Medicaid clients, both hospital discharges/crisis clients, mostly adult individuals. Independent Living and Crisis housing provided as well.
