We are Miracle Hands Personal Home Care a in-home care agency in Nevada looking for diligent Personal Care Assistant also known as Caregiver. We have all locations open; Henderson, Spring Valley, Summerlin, North West, North Las Vegas, Downtown, etc all over the Valley.

We are looking for employees who can follow a consistent schedule, be punctual, self driven, have their own vehicle for client errands/shopping and effective communication skills.

We service the majority of low-income client population under Medicaid and state programs. Therefore, the pay for this position starts at $11.00 with a increased scheduled for July to $11.50.

The requirements for this position are as followed:
1. General Basic Physical - this may be obtain with your primary doctor/urgent care etc (free with health insurance).
2. 2 Step TB Test (tuberculous testing) This can also be completed alongside with your physical. 2 Step TB testing may be performed on the skin with 2 injections or blood with a doctors order (free with health insurance).
3. Background check and fingerprinting. If you had a background check in the previous 6 months; we may be able to use that same background. Specially, if its from another Home Care Agency. You would be submitted for fingerprinting upon the first day you could to the office if it needs to be completed. ($60-65).
4. Two forms of ID (ID and Social/passport etc)

5. CPR (we may use your current CPR if its still valid). Assistance to obtain CPR is on a case by case if funds are available to help you offset the cost for CPR and get you to work.
6. PCA training will be conducted in-office at no cost or we may take a previous license you may have.
7. Finally, orientation/on-boarding and your HIRED!

Pre-employment requirements:
Valid CPR and First Aid Cards
Current VALID 2-step TB (tuberculosis) test (If your test is positive; chest x-ray performed)
Physical exam (Completed within the last 6 months)
State & FBI background check

Other requirements:
Three work or personal references with current phone numbers.
2 Valid IDs (Social Security card/Permanent Resident Card and Driver License)
10 hour basic training PCA class
Valid car insurance and reliable transportation
Set of Scrubs (Top and Bottom)
Lastly completed Orientation and NPI enrollment

Prior to hire date, we will need to obtain all of these documents and have them on file.
For your convenience, we will also supply a list of where you can meet certain requirements such as the PCA training. If you are not able to meet the requirements above, we will be glad to welcome you back when you are able to do so.
