You don't need a new strategy, you need a deeper and holistic view to understand the root of your self doubt.

Once you work on the core, you will experience the real shift!

And

Guilt isn't your compass,

it's your cue to re-align!

She came to me quietly worn down.

From the outside, she looked like the person everyone relied on.
Inside, she was carrying a constant whisper:

“If I don’t do more, they’ll see I’m not enough.”

So she pushed harder.

Explained more than necessary.

Said yes when she was already stretched thin.
Not because she wanted to —

but because fear had become her default fuel.

What surprised her most wasn’t the anxiety itself…
it was realizing how long she’d been using it to survive.

The turning point wasn’t dramatic.
It came slowly — in honest conversations, small pauses,
moments where she chose to trust herself instead of her fear.

She learned to sit with discomfort without rescuing everyone.

To separate her worth from her workload.

To speak without rehearsing every line in her head.

And gradually, her leadership changed.
Not louder.
Not tougher.
Just steadier — and unmistakably hers.

She still cares deeply.
But she no longer leads from that anxious place inside her.

She leads from who she is, not who she’s afraid she’s not.

Growing up in a middle-class family, I never knew sports, fitness, or art. The only script I was handed was simple: study, work hard, get a job. Hustle meant earning, nothing more.

But life came full circle when I became a mother to a little girl. The easiest way to teach her self-love was to let her explore — to move, to try, to learn, to fail, to rise. To discover her strengths and build her confidence one small victory at a time.

And somewhere on this journey of guiding her… I found pieces of myself too.

So here I am — starting slow, trying new things, showing up, and learning to enjoy the “here and now.” 💛

💡Connection doesn’t just “happen” - especially as adults.

But if you start showing up where people are already gathering for meaning, movement, or service…

You’ll build a life that’s not just full, but deeply connected

so how are you going to show up in this season of fall to bring a sense of connection?

Is getting emotional okay Mom?

Asked my 2nd grader on her last day of school year.

Last two years, this used to a fun day for her, we would eat out and enjoy her graduation and I was expecting the same this year as well.

To my surprise, she came out crying when I gave her flowers, card and balloon.

What happened? I asked

She gasped and said " It is a very emotional day for me because Ms Rodrigues (her teacher) showed a Powerpoint showing the entire year and that made me cry because I would not see her everyday now and I will miss her so much".

Before I could comprehend that my little child is growing into an empathic, emotional and sensitive girl I saw Ms Rodrigues still trying to hold her tears.

We went to hug her and shared a moment!

A moment which transported me to my childhood. Those lost friends , teachers and those classrooms everything just flashed for a second.

While I was trying to calm my girl, I was crying like a girl too!

Being able to experience emotions and able to cry is such a privilege!

Witnessing my girl turning into this emotive human being is such a joy!

Also so grateful for such teachers who feel so deeply and is not scared of being vulnerable.
