Food review!!! Came to Ada’s Wine bar to get wine of course, but to my surprise the food was 🔥 🔥. I started off with a refreshing glass of 2020 Riesling, Lafken imported from Casablanca Valley, Chile. Paired with my Endive Salad. If you like a little spice, but not too much - this salad is perfect. Not your typical salad, top with Chorizo Dressing, rosemary bread crumbs, secret de Compostelle Cheese. Just the right kick of spice, but not overwhelming or lingering. Very light.
I had a bowl of Braised Oxtail Jam. The original plan was to take this dish to go but I couldn’t resist. This dish was 💣 💣 . Caramelized Cana de Cabra Cheese, Red Beet, Red wine Agrodolce. The flavor was just right. I was told the secret is that the chef Brines the oxtails for 24 hours. Paired with 2020 Merlot, Gerard Bertrand Changes, imported from Pays d’OC, France.
The staff is amazing, almost like a family. They seem to actually enjoy working together.my server was excellent. The music is trendy, but not loud so you can have a good conversation. A clean, boutique style restaurant, but spacious seating.
Not to mention the super super cool fun manager who walks around the restaurant with a mini sword on her back like a princess warrior!
I definitely recommend this spot!!!
