Founded in October 2019 by Dr. Sydney Freggiaro, the clinic continues to serve Southern Nevada residents. Naturopathic Nevada is a safe space for being heard and understanding the root cause of disease pr

ocesses. We are not interested in covering up your symptoms with suppressive medications; we want to help you make dramatic changes to your body’s external exposures and internal environment that will create a terrain for wellness. We believe the body is inherently wise and has the capacity to heal – you just need to give it the right nourishment, support and tools. It is your job to share your story; it is our job to translate your symptom constellation into a transformational path to wellness.

Celebrating Mother’s Day in the desert!

I’m spending the day at serving herbal elixirs from Desert Medicinals — my Mojave-inspired tea line rooted in the powerful plants of the Southwest. As a naturopathic doctor and herbalist, I created these blends to harness the wisdom of the desert and deliver wellness through “Sunshine in a Cup.” ✨

Come by today for a self-care moment for mom — and the people who love her. Tea service is available until 5:30pm, and Pause’s wellness services are open until 8pm, including infrared saunas, cold plunges, float tanks, cryotherapy, and IV drips.

Rooted in Wellness | Growing in Community

Grateful to have spent this past Friday morning surrounded by some of the most inspiring, connected, and heart-led women in the Vegas Valley. This was my first experience with Women’s Collective Leadership, and it won’t be my last.

From a beautiful lymph-focused yoga flow with Raena & Heidi of Lymphatic Organic, to an empowering and informative lecture on nutrition and glucose control by Sarah Wragge, every moment was intentional. We shared a nourishing lunch, green juice shots, and meaningful conversations about wellness, entrepreneurship, and what it means to truly support one another.

A special thank you to Joyce Toti for not only creating such a thoughtful and aligned space, but also for including our newest venture, Desert Medicinals, in the experience—and for inviting me onto the floor to share information around local herbal medicine and sustainability. That meant so much.

The energy, the collaboration, the mission… this is the kind of community that reminds you why you do what you do.

Tea House Open House was everything we hoped it would be 🫖🏠

We welcomed 32 incredible guests into our space — a mix of new faces and familiar ones — and spent the evening sharing tea, conversation, and connection. It felt warm, relaxed, and deeply aligned with why we do this work.

If you joined us, thank you for being part of such a meaningful evening.

The teas you sampled — Sunshine Tea, Vitali-Tea, Mentali-Tea, and Sleepy Tea — are now available in-clinic (and coming online soon). Dr. Holly’s desert flower essence blends (Uplift, Strengthen, Protect & Ground) are also available to explore in person.

For those who are newly discovering our clinic, we offer complimentary 15-minute Discovery Calls to connect and learn more about working together.

We’re already looking ahead to our next gathering at the end of May — potentially a plant identification walk up Mt. Charleston with Dr. Syd and Dr. Holly 🌿

A full-circle moment 🌸

A few weeks ago, I flew to Seattle to surprise one of the most important mentors in my life, Dr. Molly Niedermeyer, at her retirement celebration — honoring 40 years of clinical practice, teaching, and unwavering dedication to naturopathic medicine.

There are very few people in this profession who haven’t been touched by her work in some way. Through her clinic, her teaching, and the many doctors she’s trained, there’s truly only a degree or two of separation between Dr. Molly and so many of us practicing today.

She is the reason I had the courage to open my clinic here in Nevada. She taught me how to think like a naturopath, how to approach functional lab analysis, how to care for women deeply and thoughtfully, and how to practice medicine in a way that is both grounded and human.

And now, in the most surreal and meaningful way, her legacy continues. I have the honor of carrying forward her botanical dispensary, filled with rare and beautiful herbs that are no longer available elsewhere. But beyond all of that, she is first my friend, and then my colleague… something I will never take for granted.

Dr. Molly, you are a true powerhouse, a fierce advocate for humanity and wellness, and one of the most impactful doctors I will ever know.

I love you dearly and cannot wait to celebrate your birthday with you in Las Vegas very soon.

Quick preview of the labels we’ve been working on for the launch of our tea line .

These blends are the result of seven years of clinical formulation and work with hundreds of clients, thoughtfully crafted using herbs that thrive right here in our Mojave Desert ecosystem.

We like to call it “Sunshine in a Cup.” ☀️

There is much more to come as this project continues to grow, but for now many of these blends are already available in the clinic dispensary for those who want an early taste of what we’re creating.

Weekend nature walks coming full circle with one of my closest friends . We bonded in Los Angeles over 10 years ago as commercial dancers, and she’s now on her way to the California School of Herbal Studies. In no time she will be an herbalist as well.

2026 is bringing overlapping timelines and interests with a soul sister, and that makes me think we are both right where we need to be.
