Founded in October 2019 by Dr. Sydney Freggiaro, the clinic continues to serve Southern Nevada residents. Naturopathic Nevada is a safe space for being heard and understanding the root cause of disease processes. We are not interested in covering up your symptoms with suppressive medications; we want to help you make dramatic changes to your body’s external exposures and internal environment that will create a terrain for wellness. Weekend nature walks coming full circle with one of my closest friends . We bonded in Los Angeles over 10 years ago as commercial dancers, and she’s now on her way to the California School of Herbal Studies. In no time she will be an herbalist as well.

2026 is bringing overlapping timelines and interests with a soul sister, and that makes me think we are both right where we need to be.

Health is freedom from limitation.

I believe one of the meanings of life is to bring forward the fullest culmination of your unique experiences and expressions. Dance was and will always be my first love, and movement and choreography trained me to absorb and condense volumes of information very quickly. Dance also gave me the gift of kinesthetic intuition - I can feel people/friends/clients differently in space than the average person.

And so here is my annual ritual of dancing at Badwater Basin in Death Valley - the hottest, driest, and lowest place in North America. Every January we head into the salt flat (wet or dry), ground out and make our manifestations for the year.

For 2026 I’m manifesting travel to remote regions of Nepal in October to provide medical care to communities in need with . And I’m manifesting listening to the voice of my spirit better, even when it whispers… even when it’s uncomfortable to hear what it has to say.

River Mountain Trail takes you to the summit of River Mountain with 360* views of The Las Vegas Strip and Mt. Charleston to Lake Mead. With almost 1200 ft elevation gain, she took our breath away with the climb and the views. 10/10 - especially with friends. 🫶🏼

Exploring First Creek Trail this weekend with the tiny trailblazers, Choncho & Ponchi. This stretch of Mojave desert just south of Red Rock Canyon is more than a favorite hike… it’s now the birthplace of a new botanical blend I’ll be debuting in 2026: Mojave Mountain Tea 🌿☀️

Inspired by my travels to Greece and their traditional Cretan Mountain Tea, I’m crafting a respiratory + immune-loving formula using wildcrafted desert herbs found here today: Ephedra nevadensis (Brigham Tea), Eriodictyon (Yerba Santa), and Garrya (Silk Tassel). These resilient plants are true medicine, thriving in harsh sun, high winds, and rocky soil, just like so many of us learning to root in a chaotic world.

More to come as I finalize the formula and share behind-the-scenes of this project. Nature is the original pharmacy, and this blend is a love letter to my Mojave Desert and all of the beautiful dwellers that live here. 🌵💛

Did you know that February is American Heart Month – a time when the nation spotlights heart disease,the No. 1 killer of Americans?

Over 34% of deaths in America are preventable if we could reframe the conversation around cardiovascular health and what is driving this chronic disease epidemic in the United States. 

Cholesterol is only 1/3 of the pie. If it was as simple as that, statins would prevent all heart attacks - but they don’t. Evaluating cardiac and vascular inflammation and supplying our precious capillary beds with potent antioxidants is the foundational step of addressing the root cause issue of heart disease.
