I love when people close their eyes during the last part of class as we enter silence. Yes...you have to enter it...give thanks 😊

I come out every so often to check on everyone and every time I do my heart stops because you can feel the freedom...you can feel the peace...you can feel the love in the atmosphere. It's indescribable....

Send love our way in hopes that we can get this grant we worked hard for to make class free for everyone again 🙏 and get two more LITRON Mats from my Uncle and bring back circle walking (I brought the current one home to practice and experiment 🥰).

This is one reason to justify you buying a house here in Cadence! Lake Mead recreational park is not too far from Cadence.

It is very peaceful at Lake Mead and plenty to explore. So far, I have just been out to drive through and relax on the beach. This year boating and jet ski is on the list.
