Keeping the workplace healthy one person at a time!! 🍓🍊🥕🥑🍅🍋🫐 I also spoke with the employees about some tips and tricks about staying healthy while working!!

I love companies that have a vested interest in the health and wellbeing of their employees!! I set up a yogurt parfait stand for their employees which was a balanced breakfast of:

Greek Yogurt
Blueberries 🫐
Strawberries 🍓
Chia seeds (a healthy fat)
Coconut flakes
Lower sugar cranberries
Granola

Best decision ever!!

My vision has finally come to fruition and all my hard work and dedication for the past 10 years is paying off. I left my job after four years recently to start up my own private practice that I’ve been wanting to do for many years. Timing is everything.
