Towards the end of Ashley's energy healing session we focused on her left jaw. I started with hands on healing to that area and then sound healing. I felt jolts during the hands on healing and she felt it during the sound healing.

Just like life, most of the healing is unseen or felt, but when a client tangibly experiences an energy shift it always brings me a spark of joy ✨

Before every healing session I make it a priority to get myself into a clear and relaxed head space. I spend about 15 minutes meditating (praying), setting my intentions for the session and asking for the highest outcome for the individual.

I'll never stop saying how thankful I am to be doing this work. My client had an amazing session today, last day of winter solstice & the day before spring equinox. It felt as if we shedded our winter coats to make room for the new 🌷✨

We are multidimensional beings having a human experience. We have the ability to self heal. Given the times we are living here on earth, our energy fields may not be at its best. This can cause physical, mental, and emotional ailments.

In this session, while lying in a relaxed state, your energy body will be cleared from blockages that may be present. This enables Source (Creator/God) Energy to freely flow through the body. This will energize and raise your frequency vibration, which will allow the body to activate its self healing ability.

This session may or may not involve the laying of hands on the body to channel healing energy. Tuning forks (sound healing) and meditative sound may be incorporated.

It is important to note, energy healing has a cumulative effect, and brings awareness to any additional healing that may be needed. Healing may be immediate or could occur days, weeks or months after an initial session. Therefore, it is recommended that 3 to 4 sessions be considered for the assistance of processing what may need clearing/healing.
