💙 February may be behind us, but the memories are here to stay.

Heart Month 2025 reminded us why we do what we do. This February, we were lucky enough to welcome some truly incredible partners through our doors, people who share our belief that healing is about so much more than medicine. Their time, energy, and commitment to our patients and community meant everything to us.

And then there were the teddy bears. 🧸

We had the joy of gifting stuffed animals to the kids who came through our doors, and watching their faces light up was everything. We even put those little bears through their very own x-rays, giving each one the same care and attention we give every patient. Those are the moments you hold onto.

To every partner who joined us this month, thank you for showing up. Thank you for caring. And thank you for reminding us that community is one of the most powerful medicines there is.

Here's to more moments like these. ❤️

Today we celebrate registered dietitian nutritionists! For many of our patients, managing their dietary needs is a process that requires expert and compassionate care. Whether a patient is working to be able to eat and drink by mouth again, has specific dietary restrictions, or requires a special diet to manage a health condition, RDNs are with them every step of the way as part of their care team on their recovery journey.

Please join us in celebrating Cynthia, Clinical Dietitian at PAM Rehab Hospital of Centennial Hills. Cynthia brings over 21 years of expert knowledge and genuine compassion to every patient she works with, helping them navigate their dietary needs as they work toward recovery. Her dedication to the patients and team at Centennial Hills does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Cynthia, for everything you do! 💙

As we continue celebrating Pulmonary Rehabilitation Week, we want to recognize two incredible members of our team, Tim and Rosie, for the compassionate care they provide to our patients every day.

Pulmonary rehabilitation is more than therapy. It helps patients regain strength, confidence, and independence after respiratory illness or chronic lung conditions. Tim and Rosie play an important role in guiding patients through that journey by providing encouragement, expertise, and personalized care each step of the way.

Their dedication helps patients breathe easier, move stronger, and return to the activities that matter most in their lives.

Thank you, Tim and Rosie, for the difference you make for our patients and our team each day.

Patient safety awareness and training are a vital stop on the continuum of care. Ensuring a patient is properly equipped with tools, skills, and adaptive equipment to safely navigate their home and complete their activities of daily living confidently and effectively not only helps prevent hospital re-admissions but also preserves independence, dignity, and emotional well-being!

That’s why we are proud to recognize National Patient Safety Awareness Week March 8-14! Patient safety isn’t just a box to check for us at PAM Health. It is built into our company culture and values, and our teams are always striving to raise the bar for patient safety standards. Thank you to our staff for your commitment to patient safety this week and every other day of the year!

March is Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Month.

Multiple Sclerosis, or MS, is a disease where the immune system attacks the brain and spinal cord, disrupting communications between the brain and body. While the cause of MS is not yet known and there is no cure, medication, rehabilitation and other treatment strategies can effectively manage its symptoms so patients can live full lives.

Today we celebrate caregivers, both in the healthcare field and family members caring for their loved ones.

At PAM Health, we recognize the importance of supporting caregivers outside of our hospitals as much as patients themselves. Caregivers are an integral part of PAM Health’s commitment to being there throughout the entire continuum of care. Our expert teams work with caregivers to ensure they’re equipped to help their loved one post-discharge, and our support groups offer caregivers the chance to connect with others in their community. We know your work sometimes goes unseen, caregivers, but we wouldn’t be able to do what we do at PAM Health without you!
