Therapy Management Group We provide in-home EI services for children birth-3. We also offer Speech, Occupational, & Physical Therapy for children up to 18 years of age in the clinic.

We accept several types of insurances and cash pay for sessions - including TriCare & Medicaid. Therapy Management Group (TMG) is a comprehensive healthcare agency currently servicing children birth to three years of age and their families in their homes as a proud community partner in the State of Nevada's Early Intervention Program. TMG also provides outpatient therapy services in Las Vegas to children birth to 21 years of age who experience difficulties with fine or gross motor skills, speech and language skills, sensory processing, and oral-motor and feeding skills. All therapy services are provided by licensed therapists who work closely with a child’s family, physician, and school; by setting treatment goals that are realistic and consistent with the child and family’s needs.

Outdoor Water Table Water Activity, Ages: 12-36 months
Supplies: Bucket/Large container, water, soap, cups, bowls, funnel, spoons, food coloring (optional)
Preparation: Gather supplies, fill the bucket with water and soap, food coloring (optional)
Activity: Get outside in the morning or early evening to avoid the heat of the day and allow your child to play in the water. Scooping and pouring. Have a variety of items to scoop and pour with. Demonstrate new things for your toddler, such as how to use the funnel to pour into a small container. Work on developing fine motor, engagement and imitation skills together.

Paint with Water Activity Ages: 12-36 months
Supplies: Paint brushes or foam brushes, cups and water.
Preparation: Fill cups with water. This is an outdoor activity, great for earlier morning or later evening to beat the heat.
Activity: Teach your child how to paint using only water. Draw shapes, lines. Watch the “paint” disappear. Talk to your child about where the shape went, or even that it’s magic! Talk about what things you are painting and encourage your child to try to copy what you do. Work on fine motor, engagement and communication skills together.
