Your Gut is Literally Your Second Brain! 🧠

Did you know?
• It contains over 500 million neurons
• It produces 95% of your body’s serotonin — the key neurotransmitter for mood regulation.

A balanced gut microbiome reduces inflammation and lowers the risk of depression & anxiety.

Higher fiber intake creates a more diverse microbiome linked to better mood scores.

🎯 Actionable tip: Hit 30+ grams of fiber daily from whole foods — leafy greens, cruciferous veggies, fruits, and legumes.

Your mood literally starts in your gut 💚 Fuel it right!

✅ The recovery warning hidden in your daily energy slump...

Ever feel like your busy schedule wrecks your consistency? One week you're on fire, the next everything falls apart? 😩

The simple routine that can help you stay on track and move forward in life:
• Start with tiny habits — Stanford researcher BJ Fogg’s work shows super-small actions create quick success feelings that make the habit easier to repeat.
• Add habit stacking — link the new tiny behavior to something you already do daily.
• Use the 2-minute rule — keep the start so short you can’t say no.

Research on habit formation suggests repeating small behaviors in stable routines supports automaticity over time.

Here’s how to try it today:

1. Pick one tiny action (like 1 minute of dynamic stretching).
2. Stack it after an existing habit (“After I take my work shoes off, I will…change into workout clothes”).
3. Make sure it takes under 2 minutes.

Celebrate the small win to feel successful. Repeat tomorrow 👌

If this resonates with your busy life, drop a 🔥 and tag a friend who’s swamped right now.

Most beginners think it’s 1 gram per pound of bodyweight or bust—or they just eat whatever and wonder why gains are slow.

Reality check: the sweet spot for building muscle (or keeping it while cutting) is usually ~1.6–2.2 grams of protein per kg of bodyweight. That’s about 0.7–1 gram per pound for most people training hard.
