October is Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS) Awareness Month. It's a leading cause of death for infants and often preventable through safe sleep practices. Parents, please remember the following:
✅ Babies should always sleep on their backs
❎ Cribs should be free of stuffed toys, blankets and other soft objects or bedding
✅ Pediatricians recommend your baby sleeps in the same room with you, in a different bed
