When we step onto that site every morning, we aren’t just building structures: we’re building a future for our families. That’s why we don’t play around when it comes to safety. But who said safety has to be boring?

Starting the day with a group stretch (or a "pre-shift flex") is how we make sure every single one of our brothers and sisters goes home the same way they arrived: healthy and strong. It’s about unity, longevity, and looking out for one another.

We wrapped up a CPR, First Aid & AED Training with the crew at Taylor Morrison and they showed up ready to learn and get hands-on.

From chest compressions to AED use, this team is now better prepared to step up in an emergency—on or off the job.

We had the opportunity to conduct a Scaffolding Safety Training for the team at Helix Electric’s Utah Division, and it was a great experience working alongside such a dedicated crew.

This training focused on proper scaffold setup, hazard recognition, fall protection, and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards. The team showed strong engagement and a clear commitment to maintaining a safe work environment on every job site.

At the end of the day, safety isn’t just about compliance—it’s about making sure everyone goes home safe. We appreciate Helix Electric for prioritizing safety and investing in their team.
