This birthday hits a little differently. It’s my first without both of my parents, and after everything I walked through last year, I feel gratitude on a whole new level. Thank you to my friends and family for the calls, cards, and gifts —you truly made me feel seen, loved and celebrated. A shiny car can turn heads. But a strong, healthy body over 50? That turns lives. Let’s be honest it’s easy to lease luxury. It’s easy to buy things that make you look successful. But it’s a whole different thing to earn vitality, energy, and strength later in life.

No one hands you fitness.
You can’t finance discipline.
You don’t get endurance with a credit score.

Being fit after 50 is a lifestyle that money can’t fake.
It means you chose movement over comfort. Water over soda. Sleep over scrolling. It means you kept showing up for you even when the world said “take it easy, you’ve earned your rest.”

But here’s the truth:
You didn’t just earn rest you earned the right to keep rising.

To run. To lift. To move like your body is still yours not something you gave away to time.

We live in a world where people flaunt what’s parked in their driveway.
But here’s the flex that actually matters: waking up in your 50s, 60s, or 70s with energy, strength, and a fire in your gut that says I’m not done yet.

Because no car can carry you where your body can.

So if you’re running, lifting, walking, training even just trying after 50, know this:

You’re already ahead of the game.
You are the status symbol.

And you don’t need a key to start. Just a pair of shoes and the will to keep going.

Hello 2026. Thank you, 2025 — for the lessons I survived.

I stayed quiet this year on purpose.
Not because life was easy — but because I wanted my spaces to remain light, grounded, and focused on growth.

Behind the scenes, 2025 asked a lot of me.
We lost a close family friend at just 16 to su***de
My home burned down in April due to a defect vent fan and it will take at least another seven months to rebuild.
I said goodbye to my father in May.
After months on comfort care - our sweet dog passed due to complications from the fire in August.

I didn’t share much — not out of denial, but out of strength.
Sometimes leadership means carrying things privately while continuing to show up for others.

What this year taught me:

Health isn’t just physical.
It’s mental resilience, emotional regulation, boundaries, and knowing what — and who — to release.

As I move forward, I’m choosing:
• stronger boundaries
• less distraction
• intentional energy
• growth rooted in peace, not survival

So I can be a better mom, coach, a better friend, and a more grounded human.

Yes, I danced. Yes, I lived. Yes, I kept going. Yes, I traveled.

3 reminders as you step into a new season:
1️⃣ Declutter your mind — move your body, nourish yourself, protect your nervous system
2️⃣ Declutter your space — your environment should support healing and clarity
3️⃣ Declutter your circle — alignment matters more than history

If you’re carrying more than you show — I see YOU.
Here’s to clarity, calm strength, and real growth in 2026. 🥂

I got 99 problems, but my waist line is NOT one! 😜 Since I got your attention: Mental Health Isn’t Just Mental — It’s Nutritional.

Felt fabulous in my red dress as I was reflecting on the incredible people in my life! Grateful for my amazing family and friends who always celebrate the great moments and support me during the lows. It’s their love and encouragement that help me grow into a better mom, coach & friend. We lost a very close family friend at the tender age of 16 January 20, 2025. Mental health award and su***de prevention are very important topic that we should not ignore. Always be kind to the ones around you as you really never know what struggles they go through. It really put things in perspective. What’s really important in my life. Not only was a close family friend. He was also my son’s best friend for many years. We are all extremely heartbroken but we also very grateful for the times and memories, we were able to share with him. 💚

Well said!

How beautiful it is to have a relationship where you can openly talk about things. For example:

"Love, I got a little angry—sorry—but I didn’t like your attitude either. This kind of thing annoys me."

It’s not toxic to tell your partner what bothers you. It’s not toxic to share your problems and seek help from your partner. It’s not toxic to express concerns about something that makes you feel insecure.

What’s truly toxic is keeping your doubts and insecurities to yourself, avoiding communication out of fear of ruining the relationship.

Communication, honesty, loyalty, and the ability to accept mistakes are the foundational pillars of a successful relationship. Things should be talked about.
