Here’s a quick refresher on safely storing baby food—because little tummies deserve the best care.

✅ DO:
• Use airtight containers for homemade purees
• Refrigerate within 2 hours
• Use refrigerated food within 48–72 hours
• Label and date before freezing

🚫 DON’T:
• Refreeze food once thawed
• Save leftovers after feeding straight from the jar
• Leave baby food at room temperature for too long

Keeping these simple tips in mind helps prevent foodborne illnesses and keeps your baby safe and happy. 💛
