(This isn’t my current state of fitness)
I took this photo back in March. Four months ago. Since then it’s been a struggle to keep up a healthy & fit lifestyle that’s up to my standards.
The end of the school year was very stressful. I visited family, got sick, then had a newborn sleep schedule. Nothing has been ideal.
So here I am, 3 weeks before school starts & I’m trying to make a healthy lifestyle a habit again. Choosing discipline over motivation. Choosing to track my macros, do my cardio, and get in all of my lifts. Choosing to get stuff done rather than binging Hulu (too much). Choosing to set myself up for success for the start of the school year.
It’s not easy & it will never get easier, but neither is feeling like junk & not like yourself. I’m leaning on old habits that will quickly become my new normal again.
What are you going to do now to set yourself up for success after summer?
Start a to do list & slowly tackle each item.
Plan some healthy meals.
DRINK MORE WATER!
Do your workouts early in the day.
Start your back to school shopping.
Have a deadline for your goals.
Stay healthy & happy!💗
