Meet Monica! For 18 years, she’s been dedicated to caring for the Valley Hospital team as an Employee Health Nurse and she still loves every minute of it.

Monica says she feels blessed in her role because it allows her to connect with employees on a deeper level and make a real difference in their day‑to‑day lives. Helping people, building relationships and seeing the impact of everyone’s work is what inspires her most.
