Fidelity Home Health Services, LLC in Las Vegas, Nv has been awarded the Best Premier Performer Award by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) for achieving an overall score that ranked in the top 5% of the SHP’s national standardized and publicly reported survey of home health care patients’ perspectives of their skilled home care. The SHP sent out surveys to patients of 3077 home health agencies nationwide. Fidelity HHS scored above the SHP national average for each quality measure during the 2019 calendar year period. With this, Fidelity HHS garnered a 5-star rating with Medicare’s Home Health Compare on Patient Survey Results.
