We provide a wide spectrum of health and human services such as treatment, housing, Veterans, + more.

WestCare, a family of tax-exempt nonprofit organizations, provides a wide spectrum of health and human services in both residential and outpatient environments. Our services include substance abuse and addiction treatment, homeless and runaway shelters, domestic violence treatment and prevention, and mental health programs. These services are available to adults, children, adolescents, and families; we specialize in helping people traditionally considered difficult to treat, such as those who are indigent, have multiple disorders, or are involved with the criminal justice system.

A Day of Unity at the Veterans Stand Down
Last week, the Las Vegas Women Warrior Unit stood alongside 100+ community partners to ensure our veterans have access to the support they’ve earned. From healthcare and housing to legal aid and even pet assistance—it was all about bringing vital resources into one room.

In a wonderful gesture of appreciation, the VA presented all participating vendors with a Certificate of Recognition, honoring their dedication and contribution to this year’s Veterans Stand Down at the World Market Center. We are so proud to be part of a community that shows up for those who served. 🇺🇸

Recovery is better together!

Our Women and Children’s Campus hosted a Valentine’s Day celebration focused on connection and self-worth. From karaoke and chocolate fountains to heartfelt "telegrams," the day was a beautiful reminder that joy is a vital part of healing.

A special thanks to our community partner for the surprise gift of beautiful handbags—reminding our residents they are seen and celebrated. These moments reduce isolation and build the confidence needed for a lifelong journey of recovery.

We were recently featured in the news for our role in connecting the Las Vegas Valley with life-changing resources.

A huge highlight for us? Expanding our services to include a dedicated father-mentorship program. As Irma Mugardichen puts it, finding specific support for fathers can be a struggle—and we’re here to change that.
