According to the latest research, when it comes to alcohol consumption, there is no safe amount that does not affect health. Alcohol is considered a poison to the human body.

The best advice we can give you is to stop drinking alcohol because there is no amount of alcohol that is good for you!

But the reality is, most of us enjoy drinking a glass of alcohol every week, and for some, every day. So why don't you try becoming a MINDFUL DRINKER.

For the month of OCTOBER, we encourage you to consider drinking mindfully.

That means reducing the amount that you typically drink by half.

Even better, try having one dry day every week, such as "FRIDAY Dry-Day."

Consider having a Sober-ish October. Let's get started TODAY!
