Have you gotten your skin checked recently?

Did you know in chiropractic college we had to learn all about skin cancer and skin abnormalities? Yup! Every day I look at my patients backs which is an area they often can’t see. We need to be able to identify potential abnormalities and alert the patient to go see their dermatologist.

Don’t skip these annual appointments!

Let’s learn more about each other…I’ll start…

About me:
I’ve been a chiropractic sports and wellness physician for almost 20 years. I have a lot of experience not only as a Doc, but also as a patient so I have a unique perspective and knowledge.
I’m also a super busy wifey + mom of 2 and currently in my dance and football mom era.
Working out is my therapy.
My soul is happiest in the mountains looking at a lake but I live in the 🌵.
On here you’ll see me post about working out, health and wellness products and info, mom life, and clean beauty.
My belief is that life is a sport and we should treat our bodies as the true athletes we are.
