It is with great sadness that Ruby Duncan has passed away. Ruby was not only a patient from over 20 years ago, but had become a friend. I would see her in public, and eventually she was in the same retirement facility as my mother. I will forever miss her beaming smile and positive personality, as well as our long talks.

For those of you who didn’t know her, Miss Ruby Duncan was someone who I respected immensely. She was a social and civil rights advocate, as well as starting non-profits helping the underserved and elderly.

If this world had more people like Miss Ruby, it would truly be a better place.

My heartfelt condolences to the family and loved ones.

“GO KNIGHTS GO!”

Thats Leo walking into the last home game of the season..sold out arena, playoff energy, Pacific Division on the line, and 18,000 fans about to erupt.

A few months ago, Leo came to Nevada Oral & Facial Surgery for an All-on-Four transformation. He wasn’t thinking about tunnel walks, countdowns, or standing inside a moment like this; he was thinking about rebuilding his smile, and what confidence would feel like again in everyday life.

Last night, that journey showed up on the biggest stage in Las Vegas.

He walked through the VIP tunnel at T-Mobile Arena.
He took his seat in a packed house.
He yelled “Go Knights Go” with the crowd for the introduction countdown on the Jumbotron.

That’s the part most people get wrong about wisdom teeth.

In this video, Dr. Hunter is walking through an X-ray that shows something we see all the time…two completely different wisdom teeth… but the same underlying issue: a perfect setup for bacteria to sneak in.
