I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding. Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

Happy Thanksgiving! Looking for a healthier, gluten free green bean casserole? Use Primal Kitchen] mushroom gravy instead of cream of mushroom soup! • 2 cans organic green beans or 4 cups fresh • 1/2 cup chopped organic mushrooms • 1 cup Primal Kitchen] mushroom gravy • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 tbs tamari • black pepper • 1 1/2 cups organic gluten free fried onions - mix everything together, except onions. Then pour into a baking dish and bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Top with onions and bake for an additional 5 minutes & enjoy!

This is exactly why my best friend and I created ! Yesterday after going on a 6 mile hike, I was craving a little pick me up and knew that I could stop there to get my fix without all of the sugar! PS - I also got a blue tropic smoothie, which is a delicious mix of organic pineapple, banana, blue spirulina, spinach, unsweetened almond milk and boosted it with MCT powder & vanilla coconut collagen 🤤

Happy St. Patty’s Day! 🍀 I’m starting my day with these deliciously fluffy spirulina waffles! They only have 4 ingredients and they are packed with protein and antioxidants. • 1/2 cup almond flour • 1 pasture raised egg • 2 tbs unsweetened almond milk • 1/2 tsp spirulina - mix, add to small waffle maker, cook until done & drizzle with a little organic maple syrup & almond butter!

So you know that TikTok breakfast sandwich that everyone is raving about, well it’s genius!! You literally whisk a couple of eggs, add some ghee to pan, pour in your eggs, top with your favorite bread (mine is cauli thins) flip when eggs are ready and then add any topping you would like. I added mashed avocado, salsa & rainbow mix! Then fold it together (I only used one piece of bread, so it’s open but you catch my drift) Don’t forget the fresh fruit 🙌🏻
