Brandonn was a life long friend to RRPH’s owner, a kind human, and a trusted detective. He was an ethical officer and a support to both this agency and the community. May we all show kindness in his honor. He will be deeply missed by all.

It is with deep sadness that the Henderson Police Department shares the loss of Detective Brandonn Trotter, who passed away this morning following medical complications.

Detective Trotter joined the Henderson Police Department in 2007 and dedicated many years of service to protecting our community and supporting his fellow officers. He served the City of Henderson with commitment, integrity, and care, and to those who knew him, he was more than a colleague — he was a friend.

Our department is mourning this tremendous loss, and our thoughts are with Detective Trotter’s family, loved ones, and the many officers and staff who had the privilege of working alongside him.

Please keep his family, friends, and the Henderson Police Department in your thoughts during this difficult time. 💙
