Hello everybody!

Just a reminder...

I'm available to all of you for any and all of your hands-on health care needs.

Most people have these tissue restrictions, and are completely unaware of them. And most other manual therapists are simply not able to discover them... To the point that their doctors make people feel that their issues are all in their heads, which is truly & completely unsatisfactory and unfortunate.

The truth is that these tissue restrictions are at the root cause of most of the aches and pains, and structural dysfunctions that are keeping you from living the life you want to live.

They regularly and normally accumulate in the connective tissue throughout the body due to certain lifestyle habits, such as poor posture, sitting for long periods of time due to work positions, and other daily habits that restrict and dehydrate the body's tissues.

These types of tissue restrictions will never go away on their own unless somebody who is very qualified to do the work takes the time necessary to find them, and then remediates them (smoothes them out and gets rid of them).

And so, I highly recommend that you come to me at least once a month to get all of these tissue restrictions remediated from throughout your body.

DIVINE RESOURCE MEDITATION
A very special gift from Vibe-Bodywork.com

This simple exercise can be your greatest life companion. I cordially call it, “My Best Friend Meditation”. But whatever you decide to call it, it requires a "resource" that you must establish in order to endure beyond any physiological or psychological interferences that are creating pain, dysfunction, or disability… or any other interference that is preventing you from living the life you want to live.

Now, if you already have your own heavenly resource in place… meaning that you practice a particular spiritual or religious faith and already have some concept of God that you can think of and rely upon whenever you need help, healing, strength, or guidance... then you may not need this exercise. But if you do not already have a strong spiritual resource in place, then I would encourage you to embrace this exercise. You can even call it a prayer, if you wish. But from my experience, sometimes traditional prayers are not enough to deal with the many physiological disturbances and psychological demons that come up in life. Most of the time, prayers come just from the head or heart. But a genuine experience with God, is all-encompassing throughout the entire body. So, this work may better be described as a spiritual exercise.

Here's how it goes... Whenever you need help in life, no matter what it is, you can rely upon this technique. Whether you feel worried or scared and need support and reassurance, weak or instable and need strength and endurance, lacking focus or needing guidance, or in need of healing for a specific injury, or for a chronic condition, you can access this divine energy whenever you like. It doesn't matter the time or day… it is always here for you to access. It is your best friend in any time of need.

And here's how you do it...

1. Visualize God as the Sun, picture in your mind's eye God's golden rays as energy shining down on you and into you.

2. Inhale God's golden light, the golden colored rays of energy that you need to endure and succeed in any given moment. It may be for peace or calming, strength or energizing, focus or intelligence, the ability to speak or express yourself clearly, the ability to be genuine and honor or see the perspectives of others, health or healing, happiness or laughter... anything you need or desire. Inhale it as deeply as you POSSIBLY CAN into your body, into a specific area that needs healing or strength, calmness or insight, or into your whole body for relaxation or rejuvenation.

3. Then, strongly visualize and exhale out all of the dark energy or restriction that may be present in your body. Blowing all of the negativity out and into the universe letting it all out to be dispersed as God only knows how to get rid of it.

4. Continue this inhalation of good and exhalation of bad as long and as much as you need to, until you feel in your body and mind a sense of relief, reassurance, focus, understanding, or strengthening.

5. After you have successfully accomplished the goals of this exercise, you should feel a sense of resonance, where your energetic frequency and the energetic frequency of that which you desire are synchronized.

This exercise is for WHATEVER you may need in any given moment... Just inhale it with great intention deeply and passionately into your soul, into your body and mind and/or any necessary body tissues. Expanding and increasing God's healing golden rays of circulation throughout. And then expelling all negativity, interference, or evil out of your body completely. When you are finished, you should feel FULL of God’s Golden Light… It should be intensely emanating from the core of your being, outward through every cell of your body, and illuminating your entire being and the world around you.

Hello Vegas,

If you, or anybody you know, has been dealing with constant aches and pains somewhere in the body, or have a certain health issue that is causing problems that nobody can figure out, and the healthcare providers have no definitive answers... this is what I specialize in.

The vast majority of clients who come to my clinic are the ones who have been dealing with chronic pain and other bodily dysfunction problems that no other practitioner has been able to solve.

As I've explained before, the three main causes of chronic pain and dysfunction in the body are fibrosis, scar tissue, and adhesions... none of which can be detected by the usual medical diagnostics, will not go away on their own, and must be remediated by professional soft tissue work.

Fibrosis is the body's laying down of fibrin, the thickening and scarring of connective tissue that is usually associated with injury.

Scar tissue is the thick and dense accumulation of fibrin and collagen that has been laid down in the tissue from trauma.

And adhesion is a gluing of the connective tissue (fascia) that occurs from sedentary lifestyle, obesity, poor diet, and lack of hydration.

These three main issues cause tissue restriction, lack of flexibility, insufficient circulation, the accumulation of biochemical nerve irritants that cause pain, and restrict function and mobility not only in the area of concern but also sometimes throughout the entire body.

As I've stated many times before, these soft tissue lesions definitely are the main causes of pain and dysfunction in the body that very few practitioners know how to deal with.

Treating these issues accurately is one of my specialties.

Over my past 22 years in practice, I not only have been a Chinese Medicine/Shiatsu practitioner, but also a Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, Myofascial Specialist, and Osteopathic Manual Practitioner who has worked in spa environments, clinical environments, and side-by-side with the best of the best at Cirque du Soleil.

So if you, or anybody you know, has been dealing with chronic pain or dysfunction issues, the specialized work that I provide just may be the answer.

Furthermore, we do not see a lot of adhesions in athletes because they tend to have lifestyles that are free of these restrictions... What we see in athletes are fibrosis and scar tissue, which I know also how to treat in the most effective and efficient ways.

But for the vast majority of the general public, who live lives where they must work jobs that require them to be sitting at desks for extended periods of time, and other individuals who need to be on their phone or computers most of their days, this is where we see these adhesions.

These types of restrictions can be very elusive and difficult to find in the tissue, and require a very skilled practitioner who takes the necessary time to locate and permanently get rid of them. This is what I do!

My classes will include all of the basic massage therapy techniques, but will be heavy influenced by my specialties over the past 22 years of experience.

Including shiatsu-anma, manual osteopathy, craniosacral work, myofascial work, psychosomatic bodywork, and so much more.

This Traditional Chinese Medicine picture shows how to transform the kidney essence into the essence of the heart and then the essence of your spirit. When you integrate body, mind and spirit your immunity will be empowered. At the bottom of the picture is the ocean which represents the left kidney essence. The fire represents the fire from the right kidney.

In the lower abdomen (dantian) we have an imaginary golden cauldron which contains the left kidney essence. The right kidney's fire is the element cooking the left kidney essence which contains all the body's hormones and decocts it. This kidney essence which rises like steam from the cauldron, is transformed in the heart area and becomes the essence of the heart.

Eventually this "steam" rises to the third eye which is the place where the highest frequency of our spiritual energy resides. The man in the picture at the top is a sennin, which represents a superhuman immortal being who has reached nirvana.
