The key to dermaplaning the nose is control. I pinch the blade gently with three fingers and hold it with my fingertips so there’s absolutely no weight pressing down on the scalpel. This allows the blade to flutter effortlessly across the skin with a very light, gentle glide. I prefer keeping the movement very light and delicate so the skin stays calm and smooth 💫🌿
