r weaning, respiratory failure, chronic non-healing wounds, complicated infections, surgical complications, cardiac complications, nutritional management, closed-head injury, rehabilitation with complications, and other medically complex patients. We accomplish this through a multi-disciplined approach that includes aggressive clinical and therapeutic interventions, as well as family involvement. Our nurses, therapists, and physicians work with each patient to obtain the best possible outcomes.

Ms. R. arrived from an out-of-state short-term acute care hospital. She was sedated and on multiple powerful life-saving medications. She was intubated due to acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) and an abnormally high blood pressure in her lungs (pulmonary hypertension). She was also battling a very serious infection that required IV antibiotics. Ms. R. was so critical that she required breathing assistance from a ventilator for nearly a month. She was truly a sick intensive care patient. The team worked diligently with Ms. R., and she was finally able to be removed from the ventilator. By the end of her stay, she did not require any additional oxygen at all. Our therapy team was able to get her strong enough that she could safely be discharged to an inpatient physical rehabilitation hospital, where she continued to improve and was finally able to go home. We are honored to assist in her recovery and see just how much Ms. R. improved.

I would like to say thank you for the excellent care you have provided my family member during her stay. You all made her comfort and well-being your number one priority. I feel that it is why she made such a recovery in her health!
All the staff that I met were very professional and knowledgeable and made us feel quite welcomed.
Your facility is exceptionally clean, warm, and has spacious accommodations for your patients and their family members comfort.

Meet Noel, a remarkable talent within our AMG team, whose contributions extend far beyond his official role as an Environmental Services Provider. Noel's multifaceted skills have not only enriched our environment but have also showcased the depth and diversity of talents within our team. His proficiency spans a wide range of artistic and practical skills, including mechanical and freehand drawing, oil and charcoal drawing, and window display. Moreover, Noel's talents are not confined to the arts alone; he is also skilled in basic electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry, making him a truly versatile member of our team.
Born in the Philippines, Noel brings a rich cultural heritage and a strong educational background to his work at AMG. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Therapy from the Emilio Aguinaldo College in Manila, Philippines. Further enhancing his skillset, Noel pursued vocational education at the Ladislao Diwa Non-Formal Education Center, where he studied Practical Electricity and Basic Computer. This diverse educational journey has equipped him with a unique blend of skills that benefit our team in various ways.
Noel has built a commendable career across different sectors, including healthcare and hospitality. His roles have ranged from houseman and banquet server to laundry attendant, each position benefiting from his dedication and diverse skillset. At AMG, Noel's artistic talents have breathed new life into our existing art, adding a layer of beauty and inspiration to our workplace.
