Center for Relational Health LV Promoting Personal and Professional Wellness WHAT IS "RELATIONAL HEALTH"? How Does it Affect Your Personal and Professional Life? We want to help you get there.

When you think about it, everything comes down to relationships: relationships with ourselves, with our friends and family members, with our colleagues and co-workers, and with our neighbors and the people we encounter every day. At the root of all of our personal and professional success- or failure- are relationships that are either working well or relationships that need work. Health is the nev

er ending pursuit of wholeness for our minds, bodies and spirits. Relational health is not only a critical component of all three of these, it also calls upon each of these to ensure our relationships are working optimally. At the Center for Relational Health LV, we work with you to help promote personal and professional wellness. We provide personal services in the areas of individual and family counseling. We also provide professional services in team building, conflict management, and more. We are committed to helping you better relate not only to yourself and those closest to you, but also to those you work with and encounter regularly. We believe that, when relationships work well, life works well.

I hope you will join me and a host of incredible colleagues as we have the hard, but critical conversations about criminal justice and mental health. Check it out August 6-7th at UNLV. Dr. Belay Reddick has said this about it:

"People with mental illness are overrepresented in our nation’s jails and prisons.

We're launching the 2025 Criminal Justice Mental Health Conference (CJMHC-2025) to address reentry and mental health needs. As we know, improving mental health outcomes is closely linked to reducing the likelihood of recidivism and achieving successful community reintegration.

When it comes to mental health, there's no Black versus White. The CJMHC-2025 acknowledges that mental health affects all of us--free and locked up.

This is the beginning of a new reentry culture--one where honesty is strength, togetherness is instinctive, and shame is a memory. In a time of uncertainty, let's connect, reflect, and move the needle to a comprehensive and forward-thinking framework for systemic change.

The 2025 Criminal Justice Mental Health Conference is August 6-7, in extravagant Las Vegas at University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV). Don't forget to Mark Your Calendar! To learn more, visit us at www.cjmhconference.com.
