The plan anticipates and meets each person’s unique circumstances and helps residents feel safe while adding genuine meaning to their days. These plans are reviewed with you regularly by our staff to ensure that we meet the changing needs of our residents. Knowing as much as possible about each person helps staff interact with residents on a very personal level and provide care more effectively. Every aspect of our Memory Care Community has been designed with the residents in mind. This community also offers Adult Day Care to Alzheimers and Dementia patients who live with family members. The program offers activities and supervision so that their family can have peace of mind.
