1 month out from breast augmentation with 400 cc high profile Xtra full implants. This case illustrates the importance of modest size in tight breasts with little tissue. There should also be full muscle release to allow the implants to settle correctly and create desired cleavage. It also helps to camouflage the pectus deformity of the chest. Settling of implants in these cases takes at least 3 months, so patience is key 🔑.
