1 month out from breast augmentation with 400 cc high profile Xtra full implants. This case illustrates the importance of modest size in tight breasts with little tissue. There should also be full muscle release to allow the implants to settle correctly and create desired cleavage. It also helps to camouflage the pectus deformity of the chest. Settling of implants in these cases takes at least 3 months, so patience is key 🔑.

The first painting I ever had commissioned, by artist Andrew Arendtfelt. We collaborated on this piece for months and now hangs in my downtown Las Vegas high rise. The aim was to create a surreal and abstract vision of the desert sky and mountains, contrasted with the neon lights of surrounding old Vegas; aptly titled- “The View From Here.” More original works will be on display at my new office, opening soon!
