From early intervention to adult services, the mission is simple: support individuals with disabilities in reaching their highest level of independence and quality of life.

Capability’s career programs help individuals with disabilities build skills, find employment, and achieve financial independence. Through training and partnerships with inclusive employers, opportunities become accessible and achievable.
