Grand Montecito's Resident led Crafty Creators Committee has been personalizing water cups to make hydration fun and meaningful this season! From selecting vibrant craft paper to stenciling designs, or free hand artwork, each cup reflects creativity, personality, and a shared commitment to wellness. A big thank you to our amazing Care Staff for their creative talents assisting in this endeavor and to Rhythm of Life Hospice Care for sponsoring cups! Sometimes it's the little things, like a cup you love, that can make a big difference in building healthy habits! Cheers to creativity, community, and staying refreshed!💦

The amazing Christina from Enhabit Hospice sponsored a gentle sound bath experience at Grand Montecito. As soft, relaxing tones filled the room, Residents relaxed in the peaceful atmosphere. Words aren’t always easy, but sound has a unique way of reaching beyond. And some moments don’t require conversation, but are simply felt. 🩵

🌺Our friends from Harmony Hospice joined Grand Montecito's Resident led Nature's Nurturers Committee sponsoring an engaging, planting activity. With soil, seeds, and smiles all around, Residents took the lead in choosing flower seeds and tending to the details. What a great afternoon connecting through the simple joy of gardening and quality time together! A huge thank you to Harmony Hospice for blessing our community!

Grand Montecito's Resident led Note Ninjas Writing Committee put their creativity to work as they crafted heartfelt spring greetings.✍️Through this meaningful activity, Residents not only got to share warm wishes, but also experienced many benefits from using their writing skills. As pens met paper, each note became more than just a greeting, it was a moment of connection, reflection, and joy!💌We're so proud of our Note Ninjas for continuing to inspire through the power of words!

Grand Montecito's Resident led Adventurers' Committee recently enjoyed a refreshing outing to Aliante Nature Discovery Park. The ladies explored the park, loving the soothing sounds of the waterfall, and feeling inspired by the surrounding beauty. What a fantastic day together, staying active, and engaged! Last month 3 of Grand Montecito's incredible staff members celebrated milestone work anniversaries! Please join us in congratulating Ian from our kitchen staff and caregiver Dolores on their 2 year anniversaries, as well as caregiver Teisha on her 1 year anniversary! Each year of dedication represents moments of compassion, patience, and connection with our Residents and families. We are so grateful that you are a part of our community! Thank you for all you do!
