Chronic pain doesn’t disappear in 1–2 sessions.

It took months (or years) to build—and it takes a system to break it.

Yes—some people see massive results right away. But if they stop too soon, those changes usually wear off.

Others need 3–5 sessions before they even find the breakthrough. Once it clicks, they still need more treatments to solidify the long-term benefits.

Here’s what I see all the time:

➡️ Clients who expect a miracle in 1–2 visits and stop when it doesn’t stick.

➡️ Clients who space sessions too far apart and lose momentum.

➡️ Clients who commit—1 session per week + a progressive home plan—and actually get lasting relief.

Most breakthroughs don’t even show up until you’ve given your body enough consistent treatment to respond.

If your low back pain hasn’t improved in months (or years), chances are you’re treating the wrong cause.

Here are 3 of the most common chronic back pain drivers I see every week:
1️⃣ SI Joint Dysfunction – one-sided pain near the PSIS, often tied to pelvic rotation or imbalance.
2️⃣ Lumbar Stiffness – disc changes, stiff hips, or tight muscles, usually worse in the morning or after sitting.
3️⃣ Lumbar Instability – weak core + weak stabilizers, pain flaring with long periods of standing or walking.

👉 Each of these needs a very different approach. That’s why cookie-cutter stretches or generic “core work” rarely fix chronic back pain.

What I do differently:
✔️ Hands-on treatment to restore alignment and mobility
✔️ Release of trigger points & adhesions

Shoulder pain isn’t always “just a rotator cuff issue.”
In fact, most of my patients don’t know what’s actually wrong until they get properly assessed.

Here are the 4 most common shoulder conditions I treat 👇
1️⃣ Shoulder Impingement – overhead pain from posture + muscle imbalance
2️⃣ Shoulder Instability – excessive motion, often after dislocations or labral tears
3️⃣ Frozen Shoulder – painful stiffness, especially common in diabetics
4️⃣ Partial Rotator Cuff Tear – pain when lifting the arm between 60–120°

Here’s the problem: most clinics focus on symptoms—not causes. That’s why you can spend months in therapy or getting adjustments and still hurt.

Joint manipulations (or “adjustments”) can be a great tool—
but they’re not always appropriate.

❌ If you have hypermobile joints (like Ehlers-Danlos)
❌ If your problem is stability—not mobility
❌ If you’ve had recent trauma that could mean fracture or severe ligament injury
❌ If you’ve been getting adjusted for months/years with only short-term relief

👉 In these cases, adjustments aren’t fixing the root cause.

Long-term healing from chronic pain requires a system:

Here’s the truth about disc herniation surgery:

Why? Because the “problem” you see on an MRI isn’t always the cause of your pain.

Not every symptom comes from a disc pressing on a nerve.
Often, it’s nerve entrapments outside the spine—something surgery can’t touch.

Numbness. Tingling. Burning. Weakness.

If it’s in your arm or hand, it’s not random—and it’s not something to ignore.

Here’s the truth:
Nerve compression can start anywhere from your neck to your wrist.
It might be:
• A pinched nerve in your neck
• Carpal tunnel or cubital tunnel
• Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS)
• Peripheral nerve entrapment

The longer you leave it, the harder it is to fix.
If it’s been more than 2 months, time alone isn’t the answer.
