This isn’t your average yoga class, it’s a powerful immersive experience blending strong asana, breathwork, live music, and ceremony to reconnect with your body, clear your head, and stir your spirit.

More than 20 years ago, we opened our doors as one of the first yoga studios in Las Vegas. Yoga was still a bit of an unknown in the desert back then—but something clicked. We kept it traditional. Non-heated (because let’s be real, it’s Vegas). And centered around quality teaching, a welcoming atmosphere, and a true love of the practice.

The city changed. The yoga scene grew. And like any good practice, we evolved too. From shutdowns and Zoom classes to fresh faces and new rhythms, the studio’s gone through some big shifts—on and off the mat.

But through it all, our roots stayed the same: solid teaching, a welcoming space, and a community that feels like home.

Today, our space might look a little different than it did in the beginning—but the heart of this place is still the same.

Thoughtful yoga. Amazing teachers. A strong community.

And room for everyone, no matter where you’re starting from.

We’re proud of our roots and excited for what’s ahead.
