This Las Vegas high school student is building a program to grow our local healthcare workforce—partnering with hospitals and doctors so teens can get real medical experience.

We love seeing community-driven solutions take root. At Caremax, we know that good care starts with good people. 👏🩺

She launched a program just over a year ago, and it's now in schools all over the valley, helping inspire the next generation of local doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals.
