Dig It Coffee Co, The Garden Foundation’s sister company, just won Fox 5 Las Vegas’ Viewers Choice Award – Gold!

What started as a simple training program at The Garden Foundation has grown into a thriving brick-and-mortar coffee shop that not only employs adults with disabilities but also ensures they are paid fair, competitive wages.

This win isn’t just about coffee—it’s about changing what employment looks like for people with disabilities. Every latte poured and every smile shared represents opportunity, independence, and dignity.

This Labor Day, we honor the incredible work of our team at Dig It, who are proving that inclusion belongs in every workplace. 💪☕

Bingo never looked so fun! 🧡🎉

We took our girl Sarah out for a round (or three) of bingo and let’s just say… she was in it to win it. From giggles to good luck charms, Sarah lit up the room and reminded us that joy is found in the little things — like yelling “BINGO!” at the top of your lungs.

We had such an awesome day at the Las Vegas Natural History Museum! 🦖✨ From life-size dinosaurs and ocean creatures to ancient Egyptian tombs and wild animals from around the world, we got to explore it all!

A special shoutout to Taylore, who is actually a cashier at Dig It Coffee! ☕ She brought her real-world experience to the group and helped show just how valuable these skills are. It was a great way to build confidence, communication, and workplace readiness in a fun, hands-on way! 🌸

We took an inspiring community outing to Spread The Word Nevada, where we got a behind-the-scenes tour of their amazing facility and rolled up our sleeves to help rehab gently used books! 📚✨

From cleaning covers to sorting stories, every book we touched is one step closer to landing in the hands of someone who truly deserves it. It was fun, hands-on, and a beautiful reminder that small efforts can make a big impact.

Rockstars for the day 🎸🤘🏼 We had the best time at the Punk Rock Museum! Even though they were closed, they still gave us a private tour—and made us feel like VIPs! ⭐️

From holding guitars played by Joan Jett and Pat Smear, to sitting on the Kurt Cobain couch.. it was a seriously epic day!

Huge thanks to Rob and the whole team for going above and beyond. We’ll never forget it! 🤍
