Learning something new is challenging. Now that I am in Capoeira it's challenging me to do NEW things my body isn't use to.

I am dedicated to moving my body and gaining more strength. I am a 45 year old mother to a 5 year old boy. I have 13 more years to gain more stamina and strength to keep up with him.

...Your feelings of worthlessness plays a huge role in your subconscious. It plays out in what you choose and who you choose in your life.
And if you have children, you subconsciously and consciously show them what it looks like to not be worthy.

The sad part is when this happens, your children can carry on that trait and can obtain illnesses much faster because they have THIS feeling. They may not even know where or why it came. But it's up to you address it, now and don't use God (who ever you subscribe to) as your emotional crutch.

Because it's damaging your life and your success journey.
