Having a near death experience will force you to find reasons to STAY on this earth. REAL talk. The FREEDOM that comes during this experience, there's no reason to hold on to ANYTHING, tightly. Because when you've reached the end of this life, everything just disappears. The weights associated to this world, is completely gone. And in this moment you are the FREE-ist you've ever been.

The Pivot: When you come back into your body, you have to wrestle with those feelings of freedom, the silent depression of no longer experiencing these light feelings, and the reality that your former life NO longer exists. There's NO WAY IT CAN.

The decision has to be made, to end it at that moment or DECIDE, to continue but not like you did in the past. DECIDE to take life by the horns and make the BEST of every situation. DECIDE to STAND BOLDLY in who you are, and why you're here on this earth.

Because now you have tasted FREEDOM and NOW it HAS TO BE OBTAINED and shared, by any means necessary.

Learning something new is challenging. Now that I am in Capoeira it's challenging me to do NEW things my body isn't use to.

I am dedicated to moving my body and gaining more strength. I am a 45 year old mother to a 5 year old boy. I have 13 more years to gain more stamina and strength to keep up with him.
