I started a 72-hour fast last night.

If you’ve never done a long fast before, you should seriously look into it. The benefits are incredible, things like autophagy (your body cleaning out damaged cells), fat burning, insulin reset, immune system boost, mental clarity, and the list goes on.

It’s not easy, especially the first 24 hours, but it’s one of the best ways I’ve found to reset both the body and the mind. Who wants to try it?
