Side-lying is one of my favorite positions in labor — gentle, grounded, and powerful.
It supports your body, your baby, and your progress, even with an epidural.

Remember, no position is “right” for everyone.
If baby needs something different, move.
If contractions get stronger, that’s your body doing exactly what it’s meant to do.
