Live Savers Training Center 📚 🩺 is currently hiring for a newly open position as an Administrative Assistant 😃 to work in our front reception area. We are looking for someone who can assist with enrolling students, managing files, preparing reports, and providing support to students and instructors. The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
•organize and maintain files
•documents and records
•manage calendars
•schedule meetings
•making travel arrangements
•preparing reports and presentations
•providing general administrative support
•other administrative tasks as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday - Friday) 8:30a-5:30p
Weekends as needed (optional and overtime pay)

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour with annual raise increases
