The Yogatsu Institute was established in 1980, providing in depth training in the fields of conscious living, mindfulness in the workplace, energy psychology for self-care, emotional management, intuition increase, relationship harmony, and work/home balance. Professional training and certification courses are also provided by qualified instructors in the fields of: yoga, acupressure, shiatsu, and Yogatsu coaching. Private and corporate workshops are designed to assist moving through specific life-challenges at home and at work; learning to communicate honestly without hostility, as well as creative productivity without burnout.
